For instance, if two dog owners approach one another with their animals leashed, but agitated, and one owner unleashes his dog, that would be negligent. An unreasonable omission might be failing to isolate a dog at a party at which children will be present when the animal has a history of interacting poorly with them. However, the harmful result must be closely related to the negligence or omission. Either must be the proximate cause of the harm or loss.

Q; Can consumers bring class actions relating to products and services?
A; Yes. Consumers have brought many successful class actions.
